What is Hyper-Cafe and Payment and Shipping ?
Hyper-Cafe has been created for people living in world with busy lives who love Japan's Nihonto, Bugu, Urushi - not just watching about, but for people who love being restore or newly crafting.Currently, we only accept PayPal payment, and shipping method is Priority mail with tracking# to PayPal confirmed shipping address in USA, and overseas is Priority mail International (standard) with international tracking# (maybe telephone# is required for custom clearance) with insurance to overseas, shipping to PayPal registered address only as per PayPal rules. Insurance covers total order item value.
Note: If we do not receive your PayPal payment within 24 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Getting Product Information and Ordering
When you get to the desired section of the Directory, you will find a list of products, and will be presented with a brief description of the product, the price, and product name. You may select the name of any item on your list, and you will be linked to a page showing more information about the product, including pictures.
You can either select the button to start the ordering process
for that item, or you can select your "Back" and return to
the previous page. From there you can continue to browse, or check
the box next to the product name if you would like to purchase that
product later, and then continue to browse. After selecting all the
products on the list that you would like to purchase, select the
"Order" button, and you will be walked through the ordering
process.
You will be prompted to provide information we need to get
the products shipped directly to you. At any time, you may choose to
continue with the ordering process, or cancel by linking to any page
within the Directory.
All orders will be automatically cancelled when "Back-order" item was entered.
Hyper-cafe describes each product contents from the best knowledge
available from manufacturer, and customer's environment and applications
belongs to each customer, but not product/manufacturer/Seller. If you
have any questions, please ask us before you purchase. Hyper-Cafe is not
able to responsible for any customer's environment and applications.
Hyper-Cafe reserves the right to cancel any orders who we refunded, returned non-defect
product or returned products over two times, simply we do not wish repeatable
troubles.
The price may be changed without notice, specially for newly releasing products,
due to the changing manufacturer's production costs or transportation cost.
How Are Customers Notified If An Item Is On Backorder? or Non-listed items?
Our website is indicating the inventory at real time; but , and if no stock,
you will see "Out of stock" status on ordering area. We are not able to reply the next arrival or stock
due to the nature of limited supply.
If you wish to inquire non-listed items, we are sorry and not able to
response to your inquiry due to unlimited combination of design, size, age, condition.
What are the Shipping and Sales Tax ?
We have to charge the California Sales Tax to CA residence.
Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority mail with tracking# to USA domestic customers (except for Puerto Rico).
Shipment is to PayPal registered shipping address only, we do not ship to different address as per PayPal rules to avoid troubles,
We ship all orders within 48 business hours.
The shipping and handling fee will be automatically calculated before you click the final order button.
All oversized or over weighted order items will be sent out multiple packages, and charged.

Is a Printed Version of the Catalog Available?
The Hyper-Cafe Catalog does not have a hard copy equivalent. With new additions coming in frequently, it is only available online. Since we are working with many overseas suppliers that are sending in more product information, please check back with us regularly to see if we have the items you are looking for.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Normally orders ship within 24 to 48 hours via USPS Priority mail or EMS,
you will receive your order within 1-8 business days after it ships.
Please refer to USPS website for USPS holidays and delivery period.
International Ordering
We ship world widely via Priority mail International (standard) with international tracking number.
Shipping and handling fee will be indicated before finalize your order.
Currently Payment is PayPal, no other payment methods are accepted.

Return/Exchange and Liabilities
Seller's liability (financial obligation) starts after received payment and to ship the item. Sending out (mailing) Money order payment from customer is not payment, and still belongs to customer's liability, until seller received payment. Seller understand that sending out (drop off) item to postal service location is end of seller's liability, unless customer purchased insurance. If customer purchased any of transportation insurance, seller will work with customer to reimbursed the amount of money after seller received insurance reimbursement from postal service, to buyer when lost or stolen troubles. Acquiring insurance is upon request base. Postal Service indicated, International postal insurance reimbursement is 180 days, USA domestic is 90 days, and any refund will be made after received insurance reimbursement.)Seller will not responsible for non-described contents, and customer's assuming or expectation, if customers have any questions, please email us before purchased !
All items are no returns, no exchange, no refund, and no cancellation due to the nature of limited liability and application of products. Once, seller notice the tracking notice, seller does not accept any returns, exchanges, and cancellation. However, if we shipped wrong items or significantly different items to your order, we will issue RMA# and accept return and refund for the amount of products, but not includes shipping and handling fee.
